Campbell’s of Beauly

Founded in 1858 and holding a Royal Warrant, Campbell’s of Beauly is one of Britain’s most established outfitters. Based in the Scottish Highlands, the brand is respected internationally for its tailoring, textiles and enduring authority.

The brief was to modernise a complex retail operation without compromising heritage or credibility. A bespoke Shopify website and POS ecosystem was designed and built to unify e-commerce, two physical stores, warehouse operations and third-party inventory software into a single, real-time platform.

The result is a tightly integrated system that streamlines buying, aligns stock across all channels and positions the business for confident, scalable global growth.

buff. is Edinburgh’s leading nail studio, known for redefining the manicure and pedicure experience through a product-led, design-conscious approach rooted in beauty and wellness.

PYRUS

PYRUS is a botanical design studio operating from a walled garden in East Lothian, recognised for sculptural floristry rooted in British-grown flowers. The studio works across high-profile brand commissions alongside a tightly curated programme of weddings and events, with an emphasis on seasonality, provenance and expressive form.

Meraki Concept Studio was commissioned to translate this reputation into a refined digital platform. A refreshed Squarespace website elevated structure, positioning and visual clarity, while a bespoke client portal was introduced to manage briefs—streamlining enquiries and setting a new benchmark for client experience within the sector.

Somner Macdonald Architects is a residential architecture practice based in Edinburgh, with projects spanning central and southern Scotland. Founded in 1993, the studio is known for calm, expressive domestic architecture shaped by clarity, care and a deep understanding of place.

The brief was to transform a digital presence that had become effectively invisible into one that reflected the quality and consistency of the practice’s work. A new Squarespace website was designed to restructure content, sharpen positioning and radically improve discoverability—moving the studio from page thirty to page one and establishing a strong, sustained online presence aligned with its reputation.

Heartland

Heartland is one of the UK’s earliest specialty coffee roasters, founded over twenty years ago and respected for its role in shaping modern British coffee culture. Known for sourcing and roasting exceptional coffee, the product itself had long outpaced the brand expression surrounding it.

Meraki Concept Studio was commissioned to elevate Heartland’s reputation through a new visual identity, packaging system and Shopify website, establishing the brand’s first major e-commerce platform. The work reframed Heartland as a considered roaster, translating depth of expertise into a confident and beautifully crafted presence across physical and digital touchpoints.

Rosie Sugden

Rosie Sugden is a Scottish cashmere brand redefining contemporary knitwear through colour, pattern and playful design. Meraki Concept Studio first designed the brand’s visual identity in 2018, establishing a fashion-forward yet distinctly Scottish foundation that continues to shape how the business presents itself today.

More recently, the brief was to translate this identity into a considered digital flagship. A custom Shopify website was designed to support the full range of women’s, men’s and children’s collections, creating a refined and intuitive shopping experience. Built-in personalisation allows customers to customise knitwear through an embroidery selector on each product page, reflecting the brand’s emphasis on colour and individuality in a genuinely meaningful way.
